The companies contract telephone lines directly, without any restrictions from the Nicaraguan Company of Telecommunications (ENITEL).
Buildings Description
We offer a diversity of industrial bays. Units of 20 meters wide minimum by 60 meters length, with 6 meters minimum height in their flanks and 7 meters maximum height of the lintel.
In its majority the buildings have double level areas containing administrative offices, warehouses, toilets, wharves of unloading, parking areas and others.
Electrical Energy
- Possibility of connecting to three (3) existing circuits. Two circuits are connected to the sub station “Tipitapa” and one of them to the “Oriental” sub station in a radius of 4 km.
- 13.8 kVa with capacity 12Mva electrical line and delivery voltage – 7.6/13.2 KVa and the conductor caliber of the derivation of 3/0, where 185 Kva are connected
- Line installation of 138 Kv project is being developed, it will be connected to the national electrical system, and also a construction of independent substation of 15 Mva is in process. All these, in areas next to the park which will allow direct purchase for the generators with competitive tariffs.
Containers Parking
There is sufficient area for the containers parking within the Park, provided with peripheral vigilance.
Industrial Waters Treatment Plants and Oxidation Lagoons
Sewage water treatment: Is done by applying qualifying types of water treatment, with capacity to process up to 2,600 m3 per day (2.6 million liters).
Industrial wastewater treatment: Is done by means of aerobic treatment based on activates sludge (flocculant micro-organisms), the capacity for processing industrial wastewater is 7,500 m3 per day (7.5 million liters). Plant of waste water treatment
Water Services
There is a drinking water supply system with a network of internal distribution fed by the Company of Aqueducts and Sewer systems (ENACAL).
We have a water supply system interconnection project with a well of approximate 200gal/min capacity and the 200.000 gallons storage tank that will supply the whole industrial park in a efficient way.
Integral Protection System Against Fire
- Network of 23 peripheral hydrants in streets and avenues connected to the public network of drinking water.
- 134 cabinets installed within industrial bays, with 3 hydro pneumatic systems installed in the network, L18_37/38_L41/44.
- The project of “Peripheral System against Fires” that will have another independent peripheral ring, connected to the well and 200.000 gallons storage tank. 30 Hydrants, 10 section valves and 40 raiser valves will be installed for integrating the industrial bays to the network.
Pluvial- Drainage System
We have a drainage system assuring an appropriate convergence between internal and external structures of drainage systems in the park and Managua.
